Come and join in with our very popular Stretch Classes for all abilities. You will be well looked after in the hands of Emma. Please call to book your place.

Block booking - 3 classes £24

Pay as you go - £9 per session

First class free to all new stretchers at any location

*If you block book and are unable to attend during that block you will still be charged.

Please bring your own mat and 1 or 2 pillows.
